Sounds more like a naked attempt to drag the GOP Congress back into Iraq and get them on the hook should the degrading and destroying not be complete before 2016. They signed onto the old one (where did it go) but that war was 'ended' responsibly, perhaps one of the greatest accomplishments of the Obama administration. Yeah, so that's a lot of hangout for the Dems if things don't go well over the next 18 months.
Anyway, we'll see if the previews match the puff and pageantry.
