On a serious note, tonight reminds us that we are lucky to live in a country where reporters can give a head of state a hard time on a daily basis. And once a year give him or her the chance at least to return the favor. We also know that not every journalist or photographer or crew member is so fortunate.Nice to see he's thankful for Fox News.

I sat though some of the prez's routine and all of the comedian's gig.
The reason the left is ticked is because the comedian went after the left just as hard as the right. This guy's comment about Pelosi's face not changing expression was priceless. He went after Christie with fat jokes, then brutally skewered CNN and called Chris Hayes "that lesbian on MSNBC". His joke about Biden talking to a road cone at the Applebee's (or some similar restaurant) thinking it was the dinner was good as well. His delivery wasn't polished, but it's not hard to see why some lefties weren't happy. They really buy into that Jon Stewart model of humor that falls mostly on the right wing targets.
