Clinton's press conference defending his wife about Russert's debate question is proof positive of why there should be a law restricting ex-presidents who've served their maximum two terms to re-enter the White House as a spouse:

Who doesn't think these kinds of press conferences would become routine if Hillary wins, with the press constantly seeking out Bill for interviews about something related to his wife, the president? By the way, his comment about having no control over the National Archives after what Sandy Berger did was pure gold.
On second thought, while some think it's an opening for Captain Planet, are we seeing the genesis of a strategy that would preclude the need for such a thing?
