Actually, Livingstone may be correct that the American envoy is a chiseling crook, it's the "saying it" I was referring to. Same with Nagin--everyone knows NOLA was largely a black city.
Oddly, traits such as these seem to make for long-term politicians. I could have easily included the mayor of Memphis in that group, but nobody but us yocals would care.
