Yet the guy who allowed people to think he served in Vietnam while actually serving at home doing Toys for Tots is still ahead in the polls in Connecticut. So what does that say about the voters?

The word "idiots" is the noun. The adjective I would use to describe that noun is not one I would use in this fine family blog.
