The Atta and Jarrah show

The London Times online is getting a lot of hits today with their exclusive video of 9/11 hijackers Atta and Jarrah at bin Laden's former Club Jihad at Tarnak Farms in Afghanistan.

It's the only footage of the two lead pilots seen together to date, which is only important to conspiracists. Of perhaps more importance, it's the second video regarding the hijackers released by Jihadiwood in the past month.

The videos pretty much destroy the conspiracists who believed 9/11 was an inside job, ie, the government and Halliburton crashed military planes into the Twin Towers to start the war on terror on behalf of Big Oil. But it won't change their minds, since they've had access to stuff like this for awhile.

Those who've studied Atta say this solves the last remaining piece of the puzzle of his whereabouts leading to the attack, explaining an absense from Hamburg in early 2000. There's one more puzzle piece not completely found, though, which is the Atta in Prague piece. Some in Czech intelligence still believe they saw Atta in Prague in 2001, so perhaps the video will close the book on Cheney's link one way or the other.

Ironically the video doesn't seem to help the Clintons much since it clearly shows a gathering of Jihadists in broad daylight at Tarnak Farms, an event certainly visible from space. Last we heard from Bill he was telling bin Laden fish stories and shifting blame to Bush. That was followed shortly thereafter by his lovely wife, who stood by her man rather nicely.

The more frightening thing is the juxtaposition of these videos, Ramadan and the weird goings-on in Pakistan of late. The lack of attacks has created more compacency as the American people are more interested in the latest in pop culture and sports these days. Guilty--I'm sweating out the the last day of the baseball season myself.

MORE 10/1/06

Speaking of Pakistan, Musharraf has now stooped to threatening the west: "We will bring you to your knees" (without Pakistan's help). This from the same guy who claimed Simon and Schuster had him gagged. You just can't make this stuff up.
