That's what the mayor of Las Vegas recently said about "taggers", those gang members and other rambunctious youth who feel the need to spray paint the world. He thinks the punishment should be acted out on TV, no less.
Wonder what the mayor's penalty might be for gambling away the rent money or picking up a hooker?
