It's the spending bills, stupid

Fresh off passing a continuing resolution to prevent the government from shutting down it's nice to see Harry Reid and his minions using their time wisely in doing the people's business:
"I can’t help but wonder how my Republican colleagues would have reacted if the tables were turned – if a well-known Democratic radio personality had used the same insulting line of attack against troops who support the war," the Nevada Democrat added.
Choice, coming from a guy who said the war was lost. But wonder what he means by "well-known Democratic radio personality"? Does he mean Randi Rhodes of Air America, the one being sued about her Abu Ghraib comments and who once said Bush probably had Ken Lay killed?

It's clear Reid doesn't really listen to AM radio. If he does, and still thinks people like Rhodes are normal when compared to Rush, he should check himself in to the nearest happy home. The custodian who empties his office trash could probably do a better job anyway.

By the way, whatever happened to Howard Dean?

PHONY SENATORS 10/2/07

Let's have a resolution condemning these twits. More than a few phonies in that bunch. Or in the least, one against the actual phony soldiers. Or does the left consider them patriots?
