How can somebody do this:

Military Police at Fort Campbell are looking for a pair of men posing as casualty notification officers on the Army post.

Early yesterday morning, the wife of a 4th Brigade soldier deployed to Afghanistan opened the door to two men. One was dressed in Class A Army uniform. The other was dressed as a civilian clergyman. Both were imposters.

Could be a multitude of explanations, like the Westboros, San Fransicko anti-war freaks, or perhaps just a couple of guys trying to use this line to upset the woman and get inside her house to rob or rape. The story points more towards protesters due to the rash of other incidents over the past few months but whatever the case, there's a special place for "people" of this sort.
