Toes up for al-Baghdadi?

That's what the Iraqis are saying. Better than captured, I guess. The US is only reporting the demise of this guy, Muharib Abdul Latif al-Jubouri, but are shying away from confirming the good news about the mysterious leader of the Islamic State of Iraq who might not even exist.

Likewise, the fate of al-Masri remains unknown but AJ Strata reminds us who the Democrats are trying to run from:
In Cairo, Islamist lawyer Montasser al-Zayyat said Masri was in fact Abdel-Monem Izzeddine Ali Ismail, an Egyptian bomb expert and a former member of the Islamic Jihad group headed by Osama bin Laden’s deputy Ayman al-Zawahri.
Speaking of the undead, perhaps we'll soon find Number One on Iraq's 41 Most Wanted list. Matter of fact, perhaps Ms. Rice will ask the Syrian government if they've seen him lately. Surely they can be trusted, right?
