Back in the 70s it was uncool to admit liking Glen Campbell, John Denver, or the Carpenters.
That had nothing to do with their mega talent, only reality for a young man under peer pressure. Of course, nobody hears you singing along in the car with the windows rolled up.
Ironically they all had their share of tragedy and two are now gone, with only Glen Campbell left to share his incredible gift. This is a recent version of one of his all-timers that brings back some fond memories.
